Intertakt

An emperor penguin colony holds tens of thousands of birds. A parent back from the sea cannot see its own chick: bodies to the horizon, noise from every side, sight useless past arm's length. What reaches across the colony is the call — a voice the chick already knows, arriving whole through the racket. It does not go looking. It listens, answers, and the feeding happens.

Intertakt runs interval training on that channel. Your playlist keeps playing; voice and beep cues arrive over it, each at an independent volume — a clear voice announcing each work period, each rest and the halfway mark, beeps counting down to every change. Start the session and let the phone lie where it is: the timer keeps working with the screen off, on Do Not Disturb, anywhere in the room. An incoming call pauses nothing that matters — the session resumes from the exact second it stopped.

The free tier is unlimited: 0 ads, ∞ sessions, 0 accounts. Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — unlimited custom plans, history, JSON export. Built with Flutter, offline-first. Coming soon to Google Play; the waitlist and founding pricing are open at intertakt.com.
