Dardaris

Dardaris is an AI property manager for private landlords and small agencies. It does the daily admin of renting out property instead of just showing it on a dashboard.

What it does

• Rent: sends rent requests, matches payments against your bank and follows up on late rent one polite step at a time
• Leases: 14 contract types, with rent reviews calculated from local rules
• Repairs: reads the complaint, works out whose cost it is likely to be and lines up quotes side by side
• Tenants: email, SMS and WhatsApp in one thread, answered in the tenant's own language
• Compliance: certificates and legal deadlines tracked before they lapse
• Short stay (coming soon): every channel on one calendar

You keep the decisions

Every task runs at one of three levels: Auto, Notify or Review. Anything with a consequence (money above your cap, formal notices, indexation, terminations) is prepared and waits for your approval. Every action is logged in plain words with the rule that triggered it.

English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish and Arabic. Plans: Owner (up to 3 units), Pro (up to 25) and Agency (up to 100), currently discounted during early access, with a trial.
